Roger is the founding Chairman of MVP and is also the CTO at UCG, one of Australia’s and New Zealand’s leading suppliers of a range of broadband design, cabling and construction services.
An experienced Telecommunications Technologist and Engineer with over 27 years experience across research, equipment vendors, operators, and field delivery across 3 countries he has a history of process reengineering and the application of technology and systems to deliver successful outcomes for UCG and its clients. Roger is keen to apply this knowledge and experience to assist MVP deliver outstanding outcomes to its current and future client base.
Mr McArthur has a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Canterbury in New Zealand, and a MSc from University of Essex in United Kingdom.
Chief Executive Officer
Darren is a seasoned software, media and gaming executive with many years of experience managing large remote teams in both Asia and Europe. Responsible for the daily operations of MVP, Darren has a strong focus on creating a high performance culture across all divisions to deliver industry leading solutions for our clients.
Prior to MVP, Darren has founded and managed numerous businesses including Software Development, Daily Newspapers, Record Labels and Radio Networks.
Clint is one of the original co-founders of MVP and is also a General Manager and Director of UCG, one of Australia’s and New Zealand’s leading suppliers of a range of broadband design, cabling and construction services. Following the successful implementation of using BPO offshore resources to turn a struggling project into a top performer and reduce costs by 75% at UCG, Clint saw the potential to help other businesses achieve the same outcomes.
An experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries, he has a history of process reengineering and the setup of offshore teams done the right way.
Clint draws on his prior experience as a General manager in telecommunications infrastructure, commercial development in the pharmaceutical industry as well as management and analyst roles in the automotive sector in order to ensure MVP’s success.
Mr Luna has a Bachelor of Business focused in Business Administration and Management from The University of Queensland.
Mr Miranda is an accountant by profession with over 20 years’ experience in accounting, finance and management. He has experience and knowledge in corporate governance, finance and administration.
As the Finance Director, he is focused on ensuring MVP’s finances are properly managed and will be instrumental in providing insight in shaping the company’s future growth plans.
Previous experience includes audit within a chartered accounting firm, audit and advisory with the Australian Taxation Office, administration and support for the British Transport Police, several senior finance and management roles within the telecommunications, tourism and the airline industry (including Head of Finance for Airlines of Papua New Guinea, a publicly listed company trading in the Port Moresby Stock Exchange, where he was instrumental in the company’s IPO and the establishment of policies, procedures and reporting to satisfy the board and public listing requirements). Dante is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Universal Communications Group Ltd.
Mr Miranda has a Bachelor of Commerce from James Cook University and is a member of CPA Australia.
